Swoon is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead mobile products and agentic AI platforms, shaping interactions in a mobile-first environment. You will align mobile strategy with AI innovation to create seamless, human-centered digital experiences across the organization.

The role requires 8+ years in product management, proven mobile leadership, and expertise in launching AI-enabled products. This is a hybrid Tempe, AZ opportunity with competitive benefits and tuition credit offering.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in product management leading cross-functional initiatives.
Experience leading mobile product strategy for native apps, responsive platforms, or mobile-first ecosystems.
Experience launching or scaling AI-enabled products, agentic AI systems, or intelligent assistants.
Strong communication and storytelling skills for executive and non-technical audiences.
