Swoon is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead mobile products and agentic AI platforms, shaping interactions in a mobile-first environment. You will align mobile strategy with AI innovation to create seamless, human-centered digital experiences across the organization.

Our client is hiring a Principal Product Manager focused on leading mobile products and agentic AI communication platforms across the organization as a whole on a full time basis to join their team!

Lead mobile products and agentic AI communication platform, shaping interactions in an increasingly intelligent and mobile-first world.

In this role, you will define how these two forces, mobile experience and intelligent agents, come together to deliver seamless, trustworthy, and human-centered digital interactions. You will help move the organization beyond isolated tools and experiments toward cohesive, scalable platforms that augment human capability while upholding institutional values.
