Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Principal to blend sales support with delivery leadership in the Microsoft Business Group. You will partner with Sales to scope, propose, and close Microsoft engagements while providing technical oversight across programs.

You will design Azure and Microsoft platform solutions, mentor engineers, and lead architecture discussions with senior stakeholders, driving impact for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Azure and Microsoft platform workloads across modernization, data/AI.
• Experience leading complex enterprise Microsoft implementations.
• Experience in client-facing consulting and architecture discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting presales activities including scoping and proposals.
• Strong fundamentals in REST, containers, serverless, and data/AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales & Delivery Management to engage prospects through the sales lifecycle.
• Lead scoping and authoring of proposals and statements of work for complex Microsoft engagements.
• Design project teaming models and produce accurate effort and cost estimates.
• Communicate scope, assumptions and risk to technical and executive audiences.
• Lead solution design reviews and provide technical oversight across engagements.
• Mentor EPAM engineers and raise the technical bar within the practice.
