EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Principal role within our Microsoft Business Group to drive sales-aligned delivery leadership for Microsoft engagements.

You will balance client-facing activities during the sales cycle with delivery oversight and thought leadership to ensure high-quality programs. You will partner with Sales & Delivery Management to scope, design, and oversee complex Azure/microsoft platform transformations, including modernization, data, and AI/ML workloads.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Azure and the Microsoft platform including modernization, data, AI/ML workflows.
• Track record leading complex Microsoft implementations at enterprise scale.
• Experience in client-facing consulting and leading architecture discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting presales activities including scoping, proposals, and deal closure.
• Strong fundamentals across REST, containers, serverless, data/AI stacks.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and DevOps tooling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales & Delivery teams to engage prospects through the sales lifecycle.
• Lead scoping and authoring proposals and SOWs for Microsoft engagements.
• Design project teaming, estimates, and implementation approaches.
• Communicate scope, assumptions, and risks to technical and executive audiences.
• Design Azure and Microsoft platform solutions across modernization, data, AI/ML workloads.
• Oversee technical directions, reviews, and escalation of issues across engagements.
