Job summary

You will develop new processes, optimize tooling, and ensure manufacturability with DFM considerations, working with a skilled team of welders, machinists, and engineers. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience or Master's with 3+ years.
• Experience with fabrication processes (welding, heat treatment, etc.).
• Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Experience in technical writing and presentations.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, improve, and document welding and fabrication processes.
• Lead qualification and certification of welding processes and personnel.
• Collaborate with design engineering for manufacturability and DFM.
• Develop efficient process flows and end-to-end assembly plans.
• Support new capital equipment for expanded production processes.
