Job summary

Veeva is seeking a Principal Business Consultant in the Quality Practice to transform how Life Sciences firms work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will reshape operating models, drive organizational change, and measure business value for global Operations teams.

As a Principal, you’ll own strategic growth, build a team, and oversee selling and delivering consulting programs across Pharma, MedTech, and Consumer products.

Qualifications

10+ years of Life Sciences consulting experience, management consulting preferred.
Proven ability to win and deliver $1M+ consulting engagements.
Deep domain knowledge in Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain in Life Sciences.
Experience leading multiple project teams and managing senior-level relationships.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Responsibilities

Lead for large, complex global projects with accountability for excellence across teams.
Own business development for the Quality Practice and secure >$1M deals.
Mentor consulting teams and uphold delivery standards.
Develop and promote thought leadership in Life Sciences Quality.
Advise C-suite stakeholders using data and software to solve challenges.
