Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Principal Business Consultant in the Quality Practice to help customers bring products to market faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will shape operating models, drive organizational change, and measure tangible business value.

The role focuses on Consumer Products, contributing to growth by leading sizeable engagements, building a team, and overseeing the delivery of consulting programs across global operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of management consulting experience focused on Consumer Products.
• Proven ability to win and deliver $1M+ consulting engagements.
• Deep domain knowledge in Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain within Consumer Goods.
• Extensive experience managing multiple project teams and senior-level relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Lead for Veeva BC’s largest and most complex global projects, maintaining full accountability for excellence across multiple teams
• Lead and own Business Development for the Quality Practice in the Consumer Products industry, focusing on architecting and winning key deals exceeding $1M+
• Manage and mentor high-performing consulting teams, taking responsibility for the professional growth and delivery standards of the practice
• Develop and champion industry-leading thought leadership in Quality to keep Veeva at the cutting edge of Consumer Products
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, leveraging Veeva’s data and software to solve their most critical challenges
