Job summary

Moseley is seeking a full-time Principal to join and lead our Justice sector in Virginia. You will represent Moseley with local, state and federal correctional leaders and participate in conferences and events to advance our practice.

In this niche market you will build relationships, guide strategy and project delivery, mentor teams, and help grow Moseley’s standing in the marketplace while maintaining profitability and quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in AEC firms or similar environment.
• Architectural or engineering licensure preferred.
• Experience leading business development and client relations.
• Ability to set vision and strategy for complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and define vision, strategy, and business plans.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and grow relationships.
• Ensure successful execution of practice goals and plans.
• Negotiate contracts including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead programming, feasibility studies, and project development.
• Mentor emerging professionals and lead project teams.
• Attend regional marketing and business development opportunities.
• Maintain strong client and internal relationships.
