Job summary

Moseley in Virginia Beach is seeking a full-time Project Manager to lead design efforts on commercial building projects, from concept through construction documents, and to coordinate with clients, owners, and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of commercial building design in Revit and prior small to mid-sized project management experience.
• Strong communication skills for project coordination and client engagement.
• Architectural license is preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop project designs from conceptual sketches through construction documents.
• Manage multiple small to mid-sized projects, coordinating all aspects.
• Balance client expectations with contractual obligations, budget, and quality.
• Develop and design project schedules to meet obligations and match team size and skill.
• Supervise, coordinate, and assess the work of project team members to ensure quality and progress.
• Communicate effectively with all participants including clients, owners, and consultants.
• Engage with clients through outreach and site visits.
