GFT Architects, Inc. seeks a Sr. Justice Architectural Project Manager to lead our Justice Architecture team in growing the justice and corrections market. You will mentor staff, manage client relationships, and drive project delivery from concept through construction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years working in justice and corrections market.
• Bachelor or Master of Architecture.
• Knowledge of justice design standards (ACA, NIC).
• Experience leading projects, BD pursuits, and client management.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop the Justice Architecture team.
• Lead client relationships and design partners as a visible ambassador.
• Collaborate with market leaders to implement growth strategies.
• Lead pre-positioning, proposals, and client presentations.
• Maintain a client-focused approach and build trusted relationships.
• Direct production of construction documents, specs, estimates, and constructability.
• Research client requirements, programs, and standards.
• Develop scopes, schedules, and budgets for project delivery.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams to expand regional market presence.
• Develop design solutions and communicate goals to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure quality control, production reviews, and code analyses.
• Guide projects from concept to turnover and coordinate with subconsultants.
• Mentor entry-level staff and junior designers.
