Job summary

Moseley, an interdisciplinary design practice, seeks a full-time Project Manager for our Raleigh, NC office. You will guide project development, coordinate a multidisciplinary team, and ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality.

You will collaborate with clients, owners, and consultants, provide leadership, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the firm’s growth while advancing design excellence and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading design projects from concept to construction documents.
• Ability to coordinate multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop project designs from sketches to construction documents.
• Manage multiple small to medium projects, coordinating all aspects of assigned projects.
• Balance client expectations with contractual obligations, budget and quality.
• Develop and design project schedules to match team size and skill.
• Supervise and assess work of project team members for quality and progress.
• Communicate effectively with all project participants including clients, owners, and consultants.
• Be available to clients through outreach and site visits.
• Foster professional relationships and mentor emerging professionals.
• Prepare and lead client presentations.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
