Job summary

GFT Architects, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Justice Architectural Project Manager to lead our Justice Architecture team and grow client relationships within the justice and corrections market.

You will oversee design and production, mentor staff, and drive pre-positioning, proposals, and presentations to key clients, while guiding projects from concept through construction completion. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with periodic in-person collaboration at Ebensburg, PA.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in justice/corrections market architecture
• Experience leading projects and client relationships
• Knowledge of IBC, NFPA, ADA, LEED
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop the Justice Architecture team while engaging with clients and design partners
• Serve as a visible leader for GFT in the justice market and promote capabilities
• Lead pre-positioning, proposals, and client presentations
• Direct multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality construction documents and design solutions
