Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Compression Systems in East Hartford, CT, seeks a Senior Integrated Product Team Leader (Sr. IPTL) to own the HPC statics for the F135-Engine Core Upgrade.

You will lead static hardware IPTs through design, procurement, production, and validation with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include delivering validation hardware, coordinating with CIPT, SIPT, IPMT and Engineering Leadership, and guiding staffing and mentoring to sustain team health.

Qualifications

• BS in Aerospace or Mechanical Eng with 10+ years of related experience.
• Advanced degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• U.S. citizenship required for access to program.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute large scale engineering plans with progress tracking.
• Provide strategic leadership to Static Hardware IPTs, aligning milestones 6+ months out.
• Represent the team to P&W Engineering and the Government customer.
• Integrate ECU static hardware into HPC module and engine, meeting requirements.
• Coordinate with CIPT, SIPT, IPMT and Leadership to meet organizational needs.
• Mentor staffing plans to keep teams healthy and capable.
• Travel up to 10%.
