Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Compression Systems Engineering (CSE) is seeking a Project Engineering Professional to own part-level ownership, plan tasks, and lead an IPT to meet CIPT requirements. The role involves coordinating designs, fabrication, validation, and sustainment activities, with travel up to 10%.

You will mentor multi-functional teams across design, structural, durability, aero, materials, and manufacturing, manage budgets and schedules, and drive technical risk mitigation to meet program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 8+ years engineering experience or MBA with 5 years of experience.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams and driving programs to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead part-level ownership and IPT to meet CIPT goals.
• Coordinate designs, fabrication, validation, and sustainment activities.
• Plan and manage IPT budgets, schedule, and technical metrics.
• Communicate risks and issues to CIPT and program management.
