Cultivate and manage a diverse portfolio of individual and business insurance clients throughout the Lebanon area.
Evaluate the specific risks facing our clients and recommend tailored insurance solutions that provide genuine peace of mind.
Lead agency outreach efforts by attending local community events and building meaningful partnerships with area business owners.
Mentor junior staff members by sharing technical expertise and fostering a positive, growth-oriented office culture.
Navigate complex renewals and mid-term policy changes while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Collaborate with carrier partners to secure competitive rates and advocate for the best interests of our policyholders.
Active Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance License.
Minimum of five years of experience managing insurance accounts or independent agency operations.
Deep understanding of commercial and personal lines coverage.
Strong command of agency management systems and digital quoting platforms.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex policy details clearly.
Current residency in or near Lebanon, Pennsylvania.
