Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with relevant experience.
• Master’s degree in a STEM discipline with relevant experience.
• PhD in a STEM discipline with relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in modeling, simulation, and analysis for complex systems.
• Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink and Python.
• Experience processing and analyzing sensor or navigation data (IMU logs, flight test data).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain physics‑based models and simulations of inertial navigation systems.
• Perform Monte Carlo analyses and trade studies to assess performance and margins.
• Analyze test data to validate models and identify discrepancies.
• Provide model based performance predictions and error budgets for key metrics.
• Collaborate with systems, hardware, and software teams to integrate models (HIL/SIL).
• Prepare technical documentation and executive level presentations.
