Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain ATF clearance; security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Model factory operations with process flows and value maps to show production activity and KPIs.
• Calculate resource utilization and identify throughput constraints.
• Apply Six Sigma and Lean to reduce waste and improve cost, quality and on-time delivery.
• Draft infrastructure improvement plans and integrate new products/tech to gain competitive advantage.
• Lead cross-functional teams to address obsolescence and boost factory performance.
• Support new production contracts and product integration efforts.
• Improve factory safety and work cell ergonomics.
