Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or similar field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience required (or 2 years with Master’s).
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Capacity Modeling, Facility Design, or Process Optimization.
• Ability to obtain/maintain ATF clearance.

Responsibilities

• Model factory operations with process flows, value streams, Pareto charts, spaghetti diagrams, CAD drawings.
• Calculate resource utilization and identify throughput constraints.
• Apply Six Sigma and Lean principles to reduce waste and meet cost/quality/schedule targets.
• Influence factory roadmaps and investment strategies; propose infrastructure improvements and new product integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address obsolescence and improve factory performance.
• Support new production contracts and product integration efforts.
• Improve factory safety and work cell ergonomics.
