Job summary

Raytheon is seeking an Industrial Engineering Manager to lead the Large Sub-Assemblies IE team in McKinney, TX. You will oversee ~12 industrial engineers, drive Lean transformation, and guide capacity planning, line balancing, and factory layouts to maximize throughput and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree and 8 years of relevant experience, or 5 years with a master’s degree
• Ability to obtain interim DoD Secret clearance before start date
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams to improve manufacturing efficiency and output

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of industrial engineers (approx. 12) including staffing, coaching, and evaluations
• Oversee planning and execution of IE projects to improve processes and reduce costs
• Drive Lean transformation initiatives and factory modeling using value stream maps and simulations
• Develop and monitor key metrics to improve cost, quality, and schedule outcomes
• Present data-driven updates to senior leadership and influence program roadmaps
