Job summary

Raytheon in McKinney, TX is seeking a Principal Program Industrial Engineer to support the Surveillance portfolio across Raytheon factories. You will maximize throughput, improve efficiency, and deliver value to the customer by applying Lean, Six Sigma, capacity planning, and value stream mapping.

Qualifications

Degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or an MS degree with 6 years of experience.
Industrial Engineering degree required; U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Provide industrial engineering support to programs across Raytheon factories and key suppliers, with travel up to 30%.
Improve cost, quality, and schedule performance; identify opportunities for strategic investments.
Develop factory models, capacity analyses, and layouts; apply Lean and Six Sigma to meet targets.
Partner with program managers and suppliers to optimize factory footprint and throughput.
