Qualifications

• 15+ years of healthcare mechanical engineering experience.
• Strong leadership and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of complex healthcare projects from planning through construction, balancing quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.
• Lead mechanical design for healthcare facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, and medical gas systems, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams.
• Mentor engineers and project leaders, fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Drive business development efforts to win new work aligned with sector, regional, and firm strategies.
