Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Active PE license.
• Experience in mechanical building systems for MEP consulting or AE environment.
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Healthcare/building project experience.
• Knowledge of applicable codes and energy efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of mechanical building systems for healthcare projects.
• Design HVAC, ventilation, plumbing to meet specs and codes.
• Perform calculations, layouts, and prepare reports/drawings.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and stakeholders.
• Conduct QA/QC on calculations, drawings, and specs.
• Support planning, design reviews, cost estimates, and construction docs.
• Provide construction administration support and site visits.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide project delivery.
