Job summary

Right Side Capital Management in San Francisco is seeking a Principal to lead capital formation efforts for venture funds. You will manage the complete fundraising lifecycle, from prospect identification to closing commitments, and you will cultivate new LP relationships while stewarding existing investor accounts.

The role requires 5-10+ years of experience raising capital from institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience raising capital from institutional investors, family offices and HNW individuals.
• Experience with venture funds and sophisticated LPs.
• Strong networking and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all stages of the fundraising lifecycle for venture funds.
• Identify and cultivate prospective LPs and maintain ongoing relationships.
• Manage existing investor accounts and investor communications.
• Represent the firm at industry events and conferences.
