Job summary

Hirshmark Capital, LLC is seeking an experienced Director of Capital Formation to lead the firm's fundraising efforts for current and new investment funds in New York. You will source and raise capital from institutional investors, family offices, RIAs, and high-net-worth individuals.

You will coordinate all aspects of the fundraising process, represent the firm at industry events, and work with senior management on strategy, investor communications, and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years of experience directly raising capital for private investment funds, private credit, private equity, real estate, or alternative investment managers.
• Demonstrated experience successfully raising capital from institutional investors.
• Existing relationships with institutional investors, family offices, consultants, and RIAs are strongly preferred.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Base salary of $250,000-$300,000 plus commission from capital raised.
