Job summary

Nordic Semiconductor is seeking a Principal Full Stack Engineer to join our Product Engineering team in Boston. You will lead high-impact initiatives from discovery to production, owning problems and shaping the roadmap with deep technical insight and customer empathy.

You will work across frontend and backend, design scalable systems, mentor engineers, and influence architectural direction while collaborating closely with product and design teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building and shipping web applications in production with staff or principal level impact.
• Deep expertise across the stack: React/TypeScript frontends, Python backends, databases and cloud infra.
• Experience influencing technical direction beyond your team through architecture decisions, RFCs, cross-team alignment, or mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end initiatives from discovery through architecture, execution, and production.
• Own problems, not tickets, and partner with product and design as a peer.
• Mentor engineers and drive large changes to raise engineering effectiveness.
• Operate across the full stack: React/TypeScript, Python, cloud infra, and data systems.
