Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Principal Full-Stack Engineer to lead architecture, design, and delivery of a cloud-based medical device monitoring platform. You will build scalable microservices, APIs, and backend services that securely connect and remotely manage devices, leveraging AWS IoT Core, MQTT, and DynamoDB.

The role requires hands-on coding, mentoring, and collaboration with Product, Security, and Regulatory teams to ensure compliant, secure, and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing enterprise-scale cloud-native apps and distributed systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/SE or related discipline required.
• Strong expertise in .NET/C#, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and development of a cloud-based medical device monitoring platform.
• Design scalable microservices, APIs, and backend services for device connectivity and remote management.
• Architect IoT/IoMT solutions using AWS IoT Core, MQTT, and secure communications.
• Develop data solutions with DynamoDB and relational databases; ensure secure, compliant systems.
• Provide hands-on leadership through coding, code reviews, and mentoring across teams.
• Drive architecture decisions for scalability, resiliency, observability, and DR.
• Conduct threat modeling and cybersecurity reviews for connected medical devices.
