Yoh Services LLC is seeking a Principal Full Stack Engineer (Java, AWS, Postgres) for an onsite role in Dallas, TX. You will design, develop, and scale backend systems, lead migrations, and build microservices while ensuring robust REST APIs.

You will mentor teams, work in Agile, and drive data initiatives using PostgreSQL and Snowflake, with AWS as the deployment backbone.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with 3-5 years in technical leadership.
• Proven Java, REST APIs, and microservices experience.
• Strong PostgreSQL data modeling and engineering skills.
• Hands-on AWS cloud experience.
• Recent Kafka and async programming in Java.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and API design.
• Experience with automated testing (JUnit, mocking, BDD).
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs using Java frameworks like Spring Boot or Micronaut.
• Lead migration and new application development of Java-based solutions, with a focus on async programming and high-throughput systems.
• Build and support microservices architecture aligned with microservices best practices.
• Create and optimize relational database models and data pipelines using PostgreSQL.
• Implement robust RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
• Apply your cloud expertise by deploying, scaling, and supporting solutions on AWS.
• Support key data and analytics initiatives, including data integration and Snowflake-related projects.
• Collaborate in Agile teams, providing technical guidance and engaging in design discussions.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments.

Must-Have Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience, including 3-5 years in technical leadership.
• Proven expertise in Java development, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Strong PostgreSQL experience with data modeling and engineering skills.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud environment.
• Recent experience working with Kafka and async programming in Java.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, API design, and service integration.
