Job summary

Yoh Services LLC seeks a Software Developer / Technical Support Engineer in Dallas for a 12-month contract hybrid role. You will design, build, and maintain enterprise-scale applications, APIs, and UI components, while supporting production incidents and deployments.

Strong skills in Java/Python, databases, and modern data tools are required. The position combines development with integration work across systems, fosters collaboration with IT leadership, and offers exposure to cloud workloads

Qualifications

• 9+ years of software development experience designing, building, and supporting large-scale applications.
• Strong experience with Java and/or Python.
• Experience developing and consuming APIs and web services.
• 7+ years with databases and data technologies: PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle, Kafka, NiFi, Elasticsearch.
• Strong SQL development and scripting skills.
• 2+ years of front-end development with Angular, React, JavaScript.
• 5+ years of CI/CD and build tools (Maven, Gradle, Jenkins).
• 4+ years of cloud experience (GCP, Kubernetes).
• 4+ years of test automation, SRE monitoring, and synthetic monitoring.
• 2+ years of SSRS Reporting and Power BI.

Software Developer / Technical Support Engineer

Location: Dallas TX (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite per week)

Duration: 12 months Contract with potential extension

Pay Rate: $60/hr W2

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer / Technical Support Engineer to support a business-critical platform and its integration with upstream and downstream enterprise systems. This is a hands‑on development role that combines application development, production support, system integrations, and collaboration with both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise-scale applications and integrations
• Build and support backend services, APIs, and web services
• Develop and enhance UI components using modern front‑end technologies
• Support production incidents, troubleshooting, and deployment activities
• Work with messaging, monitoring, and integration frameworks

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale financial services or enterprise platforms
• Experience with job scheduling/orchestration tools such as Airflow or Tidal
• Experience using Dynatrace or similar monitoring platforms
• Agile development experience
• Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD)

Estimated Min Rate: $60.00
