Western Alliance Bank is seeking a Principal Engineer I - Full Stack Developer for its Digital Assets platform. You will lead design, development, and optimization of high-volume applications, focusing on security, scalability, and reliability within a cloud-native, microservices architecture.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate across IT and business partners, and drive architecture decisions for RESTful/GraphQL APIs, frontend ReactJS, and backend .NET components in a fast-paced, agile

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Mulesoft development experience.
• Mulesoft Certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field; Masters preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop high-performance, high-volume applications with emphasis on security and reliability.
• Lead front-end development using ReactJS, HTML, CSS for responsive UI.
• Design and manage RESTful and GraphQL APIs with proper auth, observability, and data processing.
• Develop and manage microservices with event-driven patterns and containerization.
• Implement DevSecOps practices with CI/CD and IaC.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence.
