Job summary
Western Alliance Bank is seeking a Principal Engineer I - Full Stack Developer for its Digital Assets platform. The role focuses on building high-volume, secure, scalable applications with ReactJS on the front end and .NET on the back end, deploying in Azure with Cosmos DB.
You will mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant financial solutions. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of MuleSoft experience, strong leadership skills, and deep financial services
Qualifications
- Requires 8+ years of Mulesoft development experience.
- Mulesoft Certification required.
- Bachelor's degree in related field;Masters/MBA preferred.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in banking/financial services.
Responsibilities
- Provide SME guidance across domains to ensure secure, compliant, reliable solutions.
- Lead front-end and back-end development for high-volume payment platforms.
- Architect and develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs with security and observability.
- Develop microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence across teams.
