Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is seeking a Principal Engineer, Full Stack Development to design, develop, and architect solutions for enhanced mortgage servicing capabilities.

You will lead software teams, build APIs, and deliver secure, scalable full-stack applications using React/Angular, Python, and Java/Spring. You will also explore AI solutions with AWS Bedrock, shape data models, and drive SDLC processes in an Agile, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, CS or related field.
• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with Python, .NET or Java/Spring and JavaScript.
• Experience with OAuth2, JWT/JWS/JWE and OpenAPI 3.0 (Swagger).
• OpenShift, microservices, API docs (Swagger, Postman) and CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to software engineering staff in development, testing, and implementation.
• Design and develop APIs for front-end or partner consumption.
• Develop full-stack applications with React/Angular, Node.js and backend services.
• Build code libraries and APIs using Python and Java (Spring boot).
• Develop AI solutions using AWS Bedrock and related services.
• Ensure secure development practices and robust deployment.
• Create data models for persistence and contribute to SDLC with Agile practices.
