Jobgether is seeking a Principal Full Stack Engineer in the United States. Lead architecture for a CRM platform, focusing on data ingestion, AI integration, and scalable systems. Drive product initiatives from concept to launch and shape engineering practices in an AI-first environment.

You will work remotely within the US, collaborating with product leaders to translate customer needs into impactful technical solutions, and you will mentor engineers while advancing CI/CD and IaC practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building complex, web-based SaaS products.
• Ownership mindset with ability to drive initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Experience deploying AI-powered features and autonomous workflows.
• Hands-on with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI toolchains.
• Strong DB expertise across relational and NoSQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and optimization of core CRM components focusing on data ingestion and processing.
• Design reusable full-stack components and scalable architectures.
• Drive major product initiatives from technical vision to launch.
• Integrate LLMs and AI-powered capabilities into production systems.
• Establish best practices for code quality, security, and testing.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and raise engineering standards.
• Influence CI/CD, containers, and IaC practices with Docker, Kubernetes.
