FullStack is seeking a Principal Agentic Engineer to architect and lead AI-augmented engineering initiatives for top clients. You will shape roadmaps, coordinate multi-file systems, and drive enterprise adoption of agentic workflows.

The role is highly client-facing, consulting CTOs and VPs, and requires deep expertise in full-stack tech, agentic tooling, and Agile environments. Remote, senior leadership position with strong ROI focus.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of software development across full-stack stacks (Java, Python, C#, React, Node).
• Advanced English and a four-year college degree required.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Principal Engineer with roadmapping abilities.
• Deep fluency in Agentic Tooling (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, GitHub Copilot).
• Experience designing AI-assisted development with human-in-the-loop validation.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture for agentic workflows coordinating large systems.
• Engage with CTOs/VPs to defend decisions and measure ROI.
• Lead as technical consultant and client-facing engineer.
• Drive adoption from traditional development to AI-augmented workflows.
