Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
• 10+ years of experience building production web applications; 2+ years as a Principal Engineer.
• Expert-level proficiency with TypeScript, React, and Next.js SSR.
• Strong ability to articulate trade-offs and lead technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of design reviews, code reviews, and production readiness.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineers to shape solutions.
• Architect full-stack systems that are frontend-leaning and resilient.
• Enforce architectural quality and testability in AI-assisted development.
• Champion functional programming and immutability.
• Lead AI-assisted development with rigorous testing and validation.
• Build and maintain a strong automated test suite across levels.
