Job summary

Metric Geo seeks a senior leader to direct architectural forensic investigations for existing and new structures. You will serve as the primary expert witness in depositions, arbitration, and trials, while overseeing QA/QC of reports, repair specs, and life safety plans to ensure consistency and quality.

You will collaborate with legal teams, clients, and interdisciplinary staff, mentor junior personnel, and drive the growth and development of the forensic team.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in architecture spanning design, construction, and forensic investigation.
• Demonstrated leadership managing teams and complex forensic projects.
• Strong knowledge of relevant building codes and forensic methodologies.
• Litigation, mediation, or arbitration experience preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain a book of business, with proven track record of engaging clients and contractors.
