Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking an experienced forensic architect to lead complex investigations for both existing and new structures. The role includes acting as the primary expert witness in depositions, arbitrations, and trials, and directing the preparation of expert reports, repair specifications, and life safety plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in architecture spanning design, construction and forensic investigation.
• Proven leadership in managing teams and complex forensic projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and forensic methodologies.
• Experience or exposure to litigation, mediation or arbitration is preferred.
