Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking an experienced architectural forensic professional to lead a portfolio of complex investigations across existing and new structures. You will act as a principal expert witness and guide the delivery of defensible, high‑quality reports and life safety plans.

In this role you will mentor junior staff, coordinate with legal counsel and clients, and drive business development by engaging contractors.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in architecture spanning design, construction, and forensic investigation.
• Active, clean Texas Architect License.
• Experience leading teams on complex forensic projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and forensic methodologies.

• 15+ years in architecture spanning design, construction, and forensic investigation
• Demonstrated leadership managing teams and complex forensic projects
• Strong knowledge of relevant building codes and forensic methodologies
• Litigation, mediation, or arbitration experience preferred
• Ability to build and maintain a book of business, with proven track record of engaging clients and contractors
