Job summary

Pegasystems is seeking a highly skilled Lead System Architect to drive end-to-end architecture for enterprise Pega implementations, including Smart Investigate and cloud deployments. You will mentor architects and serve as the technical authority on complex workflows.

This role offers remote work in the US with opportunities for bonus and equity, aligning with a base salary range of 113,800 to 176,500 USD. Collaborate with global teams to shape high-impact, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

CLSA with leadership across full delivery lifecycle.
Deep knowledge of Pega: case management, decisioning, integrations, security, deployment.
5–10 years of software development; Bachelor's in CS or related field.
Agile/Scrum experience and solid OOP principles.
Exposure to enterprise tech: app servers, Java/.NET, databases, cloud.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end architecture and delivery of enterprise Pega implementations.
Serve as the technical authority on Pega Smart Investigate for payment workflows.
Accelerate delivery with Pega Blueprint, GenAI, Constellation UI, and Pega Cloud.
Drive governance: guardrails, design/code reviews, and performance monitoring with Pega Diagnostic Cloud (PDC).
Mentor System Architects and advise clients and stakeholders.
