Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal Engineering Project Manager to lead engineering projects, manage schedules, risks, and budgets while delivering high‑quality results for hyperscale data centers.

The role offers remote‑in‑US possibilities and requires strong leadership, client relations, and cross‑disciplinary coordination to guide engineers, designers, and subcontractors toward successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or PMP certification with 10+ years in engineering consulting or data center projects.
Minimum of 6 years of experience as a project manager or engineer with an engineering consulting firm doing data center projects.
PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Client & Team Relations: provide exceptional service and foster positive relationships with clients and teammates.
Project Leadership: collaborate with technical colleagues to develop detailed engineering proposals and manage schedules.
Project Planning & Execution: create work plans, risk strategies, and communication plans for smooth execution.
Scheduling & Financial Management: oversee schedules, use scheduling tools, and manage project financial health.
Team & Resource Management: supervise engineers, designers, and subcontractors to ensure quality deliverables.
Client & Business Development: maintain client relationships, manage scope, and support proposals and opportunities.
Contract & Project Oversight: plan, implement, and supervise client contracts, traveling as needed.
