• Lead the design and consultancy services including temporary works design, bid support, and value engineering.
• Manage projects from remit development through to completion, ensuring technical compliance and client satisfaction.
• Oversee the work of engineers and technical staff, contributing to design deliverables and maintaining quality standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to colleagues, supporting their professional development.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, representing Kier at meetings and contributing to business development.
