• 10+ years in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles.
• 5+ years leading large-scale modernization and cloud adoption initiatives.

• Strong experience with cloud platforms and platform engineering concepts.
• Proven ability to influence technical decisions across large organizations without direct authority.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring senior technical contributors.

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Engineer, Technology Transformation & AI Enablement to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will act as a senior technical advisor supporting enterprise modernization efforts and the practical adoption of AI across engineering teams. You will help translate technology strategy into clear engineering direction, strengthening architecture standards, delivery practices, and platform consistency across the organization. The position requires close partnership with engineering leaders and business stakeholders to improve execution, accelerate cloud adoption, and enable scalable transformation.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $144,200 – $288,400 annually
