• Strong technical literacy with credibility among Product, Engineering, and Data leaders.
• Expertise in integrated planning, dependency management, and executive communication.
• Ability to create structure in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager, Enterprise Transformation to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will lead high-visibility transformation efforts that bring together Product, Engineering, Data, Security, Operations, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will create structure in a fast-paced environment, align priorities across teams, and drive execution on complex initiatives with measurable business outcomes. A major focus will be coordinating a customer data platform implementation from vendor selection through adoption, while also helping shape strategic AI pilots and broader enterprise change efforts.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional transformation programs across multiple teams
