Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles.
• 5+ years leading large-scale modernization and cloud adoption initiatives.
• Deep expertise in enterprise application architecture and modern software delivery methodologies.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms and platform engineering concepts.
• Proven ability to influence technical decisions across large organizations without direct authority.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring senior technical contributors.
