Ladders is seeking a Lead Product Engineer to join a healthcare-focused team, blending production coding with product-minded leadership. You will define technical direction, mentor engineers, and drive AI-enabled tooling adoption while collaborating with users and stakeholders to shape solutions that improve patient outcomes.

Remote role with an annual compensation range of $129,300 to $177,800. You will contribute to roadmap decisions and help establish modern development practices across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of full-stack web development experience.
• 2+ years leading technical direction and establishing engineering practices.
• 1+ years hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot.

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Product Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role blends hands-on engineering with product-minded technical leadership in a healthcare setting. You will help define the technical direction of the product, working closely with users and stakeholders to shape solutions that improve outcomes and guide roadmap decisions. The position calls for someone who can contribute production code while also setting standards, mentoring engineers, and helping teams adopt modern development practices and AI-enabled tooling. Location: Remote Compensation: $129,300 – $177,800 annually
