What You’ll Get To Do
- The selected candidate will perform technical planning, provide electrical and/or mechanical equipment design process guidance, manage PDP schedule and performance, and support design reviews.
- Equipment design coordination with stress, EEE, design, test, and other teams.
- The candidate’s responsibilities will include performing CPLM Tech Lead reviews on PDPs in addition to coordination with other teams.
- The selected candidate will demonstrate technical skills, organization, be an effective communicator, and problem solver who is able to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- The candidate will demonstrate a commitment to ethics and integrity, and the capability to innovate.
- Operate in a team environment and collaborate across the program as required to accomplish tasking.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent STEM related discipline from an accredited university with 5 years of relevant experience, 3 years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree, or 0 years of relevant experience with a PhD.
- 3 years of electrical engineering experience in at least two of the following fields: electrical architecture, power system and power equipment design, development and test of mixed signal circuits, interface definition (internal and/or external), or power distribution.
- Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance, current and within scope, with an investigation date within the last 6 years.
- A thorough knowledge of the design review process with a proven track record of releasing design on time.
- Experience leading projects/assignments.
- Experience projecting future work scope and meeting schedule.
- Experience reviewing and coordinating PDP work between multiple design engineers.
- Experience designing PDPs to meet system requirements.
- Experience working with Vendor Item Control Drawings (VICDs) & Source Control Drawings (SCDs).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Electrical engineering experience in at least two of the following fields: electrical architecture, power system and power equipment design, development and test of mixed signal circuits, interface definition (internal and/or external), or power distribution.
- Working experience utilizing power system design, and/or analysis software tools such as ETAP, PSS/E, SKM or PSCAD.
- Working experience designing, troubleshooting (RCA) and/or implementing ground power systems, facility power systems and/or launch power systems.
- Knowledge of industry/military codes and standards including the IEEE, NEC, NESC, NFPA, IEC, and UFC.

- Primary Level Salary Range: $98,400.00 - $147,600.00
