Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in building enclosure consulting, testing, or design.
• Licensed or certified: P.E., RA, IIBEC certs (RRC, RWC, REWC, RBEC, CBECxP) or BECxP/CxA+BE.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineers, architects, and PMs; mentor and grow technical excellence
• Oversee Building Enclosure projects from investigations to design consulting
• Drive proposals, reports, and P&L for the group
• Develop client relationships and lead market initiatives
