Legion Health is hiring a senior engineering leader to own the hardest systems in our AI-enabled care platform. You will own end-to-end domains, ship at high velocity with agent leverage, and ensure auditability, HIPAA compliance, and robust architecture.

Qualifications

• Senior-level engineering ownership across complex systems.
• Experience shipping high-velocity tech with agents or AI components.
• Strong written communication and autonomous problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the factory spine, shipping 500–1,000 PRs/month with safety gates and canaries.
• Own the clinical work spine with auditable, fail-closed checks for AI-assisted care.
• Oversee agent operations in production with tool use and receipts for clinical-adjacent tasks.
• Own the data and metrics estate, including pipelines and analytics.
• Architectural alignment with CTO; provide domain-level decisions and documentation.
