Job summary

Legion Health is hiring a Founding Product Manager, Consumer + AI to own the end-to-end patient journey from onboarding to renewals. You’ll map messy clinical workflows into clear, trustworthy product experiences, partnering with engineering, design, clinical ops, and leadership to ship high-quality AI-enabled features.

You’ll define metrics, craft specs, prototype rapidly, and publish production-ready changes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management, product engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Shipped consumer-facing web or mobile products with strong user value.
• Technical fluency across APIs, data models, and backend/frontend workflows.
• Experience partnering with engineering and design from problem to launch.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL or product analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own core patient-facing product surfaces across the full consumer journey.
• Translate clinical, operational, regulatory, and AI workflows into simple user experiences.
• Build durable product systems and scalable workflows (timeline, status, reminders, notifications).
• Define and own product metrics (activation, intake, scheduling, retention, NPS).
• Prototype quickly and ship production PRs in collaboration with engineering.
• Partner with clinical, operations, compliance, and growth teams to align on safe, high-quality experiences.
