Job summary

Everbright Health is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to own features end-to-end, from database schema to React UI, in a cloud-native stack. You will work with the Head of Engineering on core platform development, integrations, and AI-powered automation workflows.

You will contribute to the design of scalable backend services, pipelines for eligibility and automation, and secure data handling under HIPAA in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building APIs and middleware.
• Strong SQL and relational DB design required.
• Ability to own a feature from schema to UI.
• Comfort with front-end development.
• Experience with CI/CD and debugging pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build and iterate core platform features for the Everbright SaaS platform (Python, C#, PostgreSQL, TS).
• Own agentic automation: eligibility and recruitment pipelines, automated benefit verification and prior auth.
• Develop integrations with payer APIs, EHR data, pharmacy data and third-party agents.
• Maintain infrastructure and reliability on AWS with HIPAA-compliant data handling.
