Job summary

Legion Health is hiring a Head of Product to own the consumer product experience and turn AI-native care delivery into an understandable, trustable, and repeatable patient journey. You will oversee onboarding, intake, scheduling, provider matching, care-plan clarity, and follow-up, shaping a surface that patients can navigate easily and confidently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management, product engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience shipping consumer-facing web or mobile products.
• Strong analytical and writing skills; able to define metrics and write specs.

Responsibilities

• Own core patient-facing product surfaces across the full consumer journey.
• Translate clinical, operational, regulatory, and AI workflows into simple experiences.
• Build durable product systems with robust instrumentation and workflows.
• Partner with engineering to scope and ship across web, mobile, backend, and APIs.
• Define product metrics and own experimentation plans.
